This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which subscription fees or service charges for our Education ERP platform may or may not be refunded. By using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

2. Nature of Service

Our Education ERP platform is a digital SaaS-based service with subscription billing (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Once activated, the service resources, setup, hosting, and integrations are instantly allocated.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or support ticket.
  • Upon cancellation, access to the ERP system may be disabled immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Data backup or export must be requested before cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel user access for policy violations, misuse, or non-payment.

4. Refund Eligibility

A partial or full refund may be considered only when:
  • The service was not activated or accessed.
  • Double payment was made due to a technical error.
  • A payment was charged incorrectly.
  • No setup, integration, or customization work has been performed.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
  • Subscription plan already activated and used.
  • Setup, customization, or installation work already completed.
  • Server, hosting, or license resources already allocated.
  • User violated Terms & Conditions.
  • Delayed or improper use of the service by the user.

5. Payment Disputes

In case of disputed transactions (e.g., unauthorized payment, double charge), users must contact our support team with transaction proof. Refunds will be processed only after verification.

6. Subscription Transfer or Plan Shift

Subscription amounts are non-transferable to another account or service. Plan upgrades may be allowed with adjusted billing; however, downgrade refunds are not provided.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
  • The timeline may depend on the bank or payment gateway.

8. No Service Guarantee for Refund

Refund is a goodwill decision and not an obligation unless legally required. Denial of a refund is solely at our management’s discretion if conditions are not met.

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
