  • You agree to use the platform for lawful and educational purposes only.
  • You must not share your login credentials with others.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system.

4. Institution Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate student, staff, and academic data.
  • Ensure lawful usage of uploaded documents and records.
  • Keep admin access secure and updated.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Data scraping or copying without permission
  • Uploading harmful, illegal, or copyrighted materials
  • Introducing viruses or harmful code

Only academic, administrative, and educational tasks are allowed.

6. Payment & Subscription

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed plan (monthly, yearly, etc.).
  • Failure to pay may lead to suspension of service access.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

All student, staff, academic, and institutional data belongs to the Institution. We only process and store data to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses due to misuse, incorrect data entry, or unauthorized access by institutions or users.

We are also not responsible for temporary downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, internet providers, or third-party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access if these Terms are violated or if required for security reasons. Users may discontinue using the service at any time.
