This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how digital services, physical items, or documents related to our Education ERP platform are delivered to users. By subscribing or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms mentioned here.

2. Nature of Deliverables

  • Digital Access: ERP Login, dashboards, modules, and digital tools.
  • Digital Files: Reports, ID cards, certificates, or downloadable data.
  • Physical Items (rare cases): Smart cards, printed ID cards, RFID tags, brochures, or institutional materials.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery depends on the type of service or product.
  • Digital Services Access: Within 24 hours of successful payment.
  • Custom Setup / Integration: 2–7 business days depending on requirements.
  • Digital Documents (PDF/Reports/IDs): Generated instantly or within 24 hours.
  • Physical Deliveries: 5–12 business days (location-dependent).

4. Shipping Charges

No shipping charges apply. All digital content is delivered through email, dashboard, or cloud.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during ordering. Charges depend on:
  • Quantity
  • Weight
  • Delivery location
  • Courier partner charges

5. Order Tracking

For physical items, we provide:

  • Courier tracking link (if available)
  • AWB number / Consignment number
  • Email/SMS updates for dispatch

Digital deliveries can be tracked in the ERP Dashboard under the respective modules.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the provided delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, re-delivery charges may apply. The order may also be delayed until we receive the updated details.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen issues.

However, we try to ensure fast and safe delivery for all items.

8. Damage or Loss During Transit

  • Physical items damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof such as photos/videos may be required.
  • Digital files cannot be “damaged,” but issues can be reissued instantly.

9. International Shipping

Currently, international physical shipping is not available. Digital services are available globally.
